Yes. All document scanning (OCR) happens entirely on your device. Your contract text is only sent to the AI provider when you explicitly consent. No document data is stored on external servers, and there are no ads or third-party tracking.

What languages are supported?

Counsely supports 30 languages for both document scanning and contract generation, including English, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and many more. Bilingual contracts with dual-language PDF layout are available for Pro subscribers.

How do credits work?

Credits are universal: 1 credit = 1 contract analysis, 2 credits = 1 contract creation. Credits never expire. You can purchase credit packs starting at $1.99, or subscribe to Pro for a monthly usage allowance.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Counsely. You can change your plan or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
